Shipping policy

1. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. When will I receive my order? 

You should expect to receive your order within 7 days (Singapore) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, barring any stock issues or shipment delays.

3. How do I check the status of my order? 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days (Singapore) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us here with your name, contact number and order number. 

4. What are your shipping charges? 

Shipping within Singapore is offered at flat rate of S$6.50.
